Hentai / Eroge Similar to Inyouchuu's themes

Here we can recommend other hentai and various media, 3D, whatever non-AI content you want that skews similar to Inyouchuu's themes. Perhaps bio caves, a heavier emphasis on tentacle impreg and other fetishes, etc.

TOUCHABLE and artist Sumi Sumi did a lot of cutesey hardcore tentacle games back in the day, with very detailed tentacles you could see in Inyouchuu. Hardcore levels are a bit longer than Aojiru's style, there's less stomach bulging, impreg, etc, but fans would probably enjoy these CG's and games a lot too. The Shinshoku trilogy in particular.

Nice little gem, that features completely animated scenes and voice acting to go with it. Great fleshy tentacles and variety, with some endings you'd definitely see in Inyouchuu.

Zanjibaru from artist Tamiya Akito was an incredible but unfortunate one off developer/game release, that features amazing art and tons of good Inyouchuu styled scenes. Doesn't lean a ton into the impreg ideas, but plenty of stomach bulging and great tentacle designs.

Trois has a few games, notably the Monster Park series (2 especially), that has very crazy extreme Tinker Bell styled content.

OVA wise, aside from all the Inyouchuu installments or other Tinker Bell adaptations like Mouryou no Nie or Kowaku no Toki (still crazy how hardcore this one still was, even for PoRo), or Kuraibito... no wait, we don't talk about that one. That lousy 1 episode didn't do the game justice.

• Pretty much everything from Black Lilith's old OVA brand Pixy-Soft gets a high recommendation. They were hardcore sexual feasts with some good homeruns. Taimanin Asagi's original OVA, episode 1 in particular features a bio cave gangbang opening then a tentacle cave chamber scene with Asagi, so for these reasons I still love that episode 1 best. It's cute that Inyouchuu Shoku had a little poster cameo of Asagi, despite the different studios, maybe they had some shared staff. 

Himekishi Lilia (medieval) and Soukou Kijo Iris (sci-fi, think Star Wars, Metroid, etc haha), are some others that I really like with strange crazy fetishes, stomach bulging, large demons/monsters, etc...

• Sexy Magical Girl Ai, shares a similar art style with Lilia and incredible art/animation, with extreme tentacle action
• Princess Knight Catue, leans into the impreg with beasts/tentacles quite a bit
• Kuroinu, hardcore gangbanging fun. Episode 3 features a loli getting some massive dicks, similar to a tiny girl in Sexy Magical Girl Ai ep3, or Inyouchuu Shoku's bonus with Ouka and Kikuka
• Ikusa Otome Valkyrie (Ride of the Valkyrie) and Inda No Himekishi Janne, were early PoRo/Amour/Himagin OVA's that share similarities with Inyouchuu the Animation
  - Majuu Jouka Shoujo Utea, this is one of the rare newer OVA's that I thought was excellent, featuring some really cool monsters/tentacles with some impreg belly fun, even one part of a clogged up bumpy belly full of wormy like movement you'd see in Inyouchuu's games
  - La Blue Girl Returns, is the final OVA in this series and did ramp up some of the scenes sexually with some impreg/bug like ideas

I suppose if this counts as a valid contribution, I might as well reiterate the one I brought up in the JAST Discord server a while back. This one is by no means anywhere near Inyouchuu's level of extreme, but I refuse to believe that nobody on the team took at least a little bit of inspiration from our favorite franchise.

Presenting Otogibanashi no Onigokko. Majin Label's very... creative retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. If the Big Bad Wolf having his way with a very busty Red isn't enough for you, the ending (spoilered below for both NSFW and being a spoiler) might just grab your attention.

Once he's had his satisfaction, the wolf eats red, and it turns out that the inside of his stomach is pretty much the fricking Inyouchuu flesh cave, complete with tentacles.

Also, that attachment is the one that claims the index number of 69. Nice.

That reminds me, there are TWO (soon to be three) rpgmaker games, that I know of, based off of Little Red Riding Hood. Two are made by the Black Souls dev. I played the other one and did not like it  

I am definitely need to schedule some time for all this. If you want my personal contribution, I would recommend "Tentacles and Witches". I don't know if there was ever a game. The version I know is an OVA. Basically a low ranking student at a magic school has an accident during an experiment that fuses him with a tentacle monster and now he has to relief himself with his tsundere prodigy classmate and his loving more nuturing homeroom teacher.

Eventually it's revealed that his experiment didn't "fail". It was sabotaged by an evil wizard's ghost/spirit to get him access to the powerful female mages at the academy to breed himself a new body. The final is the guy and his tsundere classmate accepting their feelings for each other and having such a pure loving fuck that it turns his evil spirit to ash right as he almost finishes getting a new body. It was 3 episodes long. It's mostly just tentacle fucking. But it does have a few hot scenes and the ending of the second episode starts to delve into pregnant bellies and birth. But I think all that comes out are eggs. Really shiny glowing eggs to obscure their genitals.

Tentacles and Witches is a lilith title, I haven't played it myself, but I remember watching the ova in highschool. I watched it only for Lily, didn't really care for the Asagi lookalike. It was my first experience with nukige storytelling, I remember telling my friends about it in the locker room and them giving me weird looks haha.
