I feel like it needs to be stated that Aubrey from OMORI looks like she just emerged straight out of the TinkerBell School of Character Design.

So... it seems that someone (artist Nonosamu on Patreon and X) had the very same idea, and decided that an unknown third trauma demon needed to give her the tentacle treatment.

anyways as for characters we could throw in the biocave, what about Reco from Mushihimesama and Mushihimesama futari?(Bug princess, quite fitting no?)
I dunno if you guys have heard of Mushihimesama before, im guessing probably not? but its a really fantastic Shmup developed by CAVE(stands for computer something something something, i forget XD) who were quite prolific fo awhile back when arcade games were still being made, they made a ton of really great and popular shmups like Espgaluda 1 and 2, Muchi muchi pork, Dodonpachi, DDP DOJ, SDOJ, DFK, Ketsui, etc etc. im not very good at shmups but i have slowly been getting into them more and more over the years and i managed to get a normal 1CC in both the original mushihimesama and the sequel futari.(insert the usual futanari joke here i guess, everyone always seems to think of that word when they hear "futari" XD)

 the art in futari was done by the mana series artist, so its got those really vibrant colours, i dunno how that guy paints/renders stuff but man he has some beautiful work! Reco also looks really cute and hot in futari, anyways the basic premise of mushihimesama is that these bugs one day awaken to this psychic ability called "levisense" i think? and basically they start going on a rampage and its up to Reco with her giant golden beetle to stop them! so yeah guess its basically a story excuse for insects to shoot bullets instead of the usual ships and whatnot. I always thought having the cool organic nature theme instead of the usual scifi ships or military theme was really cool, and its got some really great stages with some great atmosphere and music. stage 4 in the original mushi in particular is really cool, it takes place in this watery cave and theres all sorts of interesting bugs in there. the boss of that stage actually freaks me out a bit, its basically a giant waterstrider but at the halfway point of the fight it loses its head but keeps going! which seems like a really freaky bug like thing somehow. Stage 3 is also really cool, as the whole stage takes place destroying various parts of this giant bug that forms an ecosystem hosting lots of other smaller bugs that come out of it to attack you! the sequel futari has some dinosaurs/dragons in it as well but there are still some bug themed stages like stages 3 and 4. anyways its a really unique and cool shmup, and since Reco is the bug princess she might kinda fit in a bit with the inyochuu world almost. 

ive always wondered if maybe the movie nausicaa valley of the wind was a bit of an inspiration for it possibly.
In the sequel they added a new playable character, a shota named Palm. Prince Palm warns Reco that the queen is trying to kill her since she blames Reco for

the death of "her precious Aki"(a character who died tragically in the forest at the end of the first game, he was the old deity of the forest or something? that had to fight Reco to test her and make sure she was ready to take his place, they were childhood friends at some point before that i believe -not 100% sure on there reason for fighting but i think it was basically unavoidable as the alternative would have been an even worse outcome. so as Aki is dying he gives Reco this bracelet or necklace that basically protects her from the thick miasma in the forest.)

I actually feel like the world and setting of Mushihimesama are interesting enough that i kinda wish it had an anime, could be really cool to see that world explored more. anyways the Queen sends out her army of dragons against Reco and ultimately the two have to fight with Queen Larsa possibly being one of the scariest shmup bosses (even on normal she is quite scary as some of her bullet patterns move really fast so its pretty easy to get hit) I basically ended up relying on getting there with enough lives/bombs to bomb most of the patterns since I didn't want to risk losing all my lives for the millionth time lol. but yeah I really should have tried to get better at the final fight, its just a huge difficulty spike whereas Aki from the first game on normal honestly isn't too bad, even his first pattern is pretty do-able.

I kinda ship Reco and Palm as for one I really like the dynamic of older sister/college girl-like character x shota, its really cute/hot, and also there are some really cute CGs of the two in futari that you get to see after clearing a stage(the snowball fight one in the snow stage, also one where palm is feeling a bit concious/embarrased as Reco is hugging him from behind and her big chest is resting on his head) but i imagine palm wouldn't mind watching for a bit before jumping in on the action. I did find one doujin that was basically what i was thinking of myself, where Reco is uh, doing some stuff with the bugs at the start(as a way of thanking them for giving her some useful resources or something) and then palm sees it and starts getting horny too and eventually does stuff with Reco as well. even his dragon gets in on the action which was kinda funny to me XD. 
anyways i guess maybe its still a little different since in inyouchuu its usually demon bugs right? but one could probably come up with some similar-ish scenarios to that, but maybe with a bit less brutality then the usual Inyouchuu scene XD

also i have the official figure they made of her futari design, and i didn't realise when i bought it that the skirt is actually castoffable and shes only wearing C-string panties down there lol. so i guess that part of her outfit is canon! i seem to remember finding a comment where its mentioned somewhere by one of the staff that she wears that but i can't seem to find it at the moment. theres a site with some images(some NSFW with the skirt removed) and a review of the figure here: https://myfigurecollection.net/blogpost/59823

oh and also fittingly enough i found some fan art of her involving tentacles, though it seems more based on her design in the first game. okay im a bit confused if something i hit the mark NSFW button worked or not and about inserting into post if i need to remove the attachment after or what? so for now ill add spoiler tags just to be extra safe? sorry im not the best at figuring this stuff out and ive never used the attachments thing to add an image on this site yet, but im sure ill get the hang of it soon enough.

Don't worry, you're all good on the NSFW attachments. "A NSFW button that doesn't suck" is on my to-do list for the upcoming site overhaul, but for now at least it works silently.

I can think of a few sets of girls I'd want to see get Inyouchuu'd:

The main girls from RWBY and their mothers (really any of the huntresses or the female villains would count here too, although Salem is probably way out of Nightmare or Meioki's league)

Yor Briar and Fiona Frost from Spy x Family (although they might vibe better in Taimanin's world)

Lastly for a hentai example I'd like to see the girls from the Pandra series get sucked into a flesh cave for some demon and/or bug breeding

I thought of a pair of girls from gaming I'd want to see end up in an Inyouchuu flesh cave: Miraim and Dominique from the Bloodstained franchise

A fine pair of demon slayers to learn the joy of having their ass cheeks spread so giant tentacles can thrust up their backsides and inflate them with gallons of boiling hot demon sperm
