A small bit of Black Cat antics opens this chapter, followed by mother and daughter reuniting[1].

Maybe [1] can happen in a sequel story after Mari's racked up some wins as a demon hunter and one of them wants to get revenge on her.
Feels like the awful soda could work equally well as a powerup or a weapon
Entirely possible! I don't think I'm going to take this story any further than the novel-length fic I've already written, but if it inspires anyone else to make sequels, alternate bad ends, etc, I'll be calling that an absolute win.
The final chapter should be a lot more interesting and diverse, since I'm going to try to wrap up everything we've worked towards. It's at about 3.7K words right now, but I still have a bit to go, so it could easily end up being twice that long. We already have another Tsukishiro twins moment coming up.
Screw it, 23 chapters is just going to rush me too much. We have a couple more things to wrap up, so probably 24 or 25 chapters at this point.
Anyway, latest chapter!

I was hoping to find out who in Faraway had a more positive reaction to Nightmare's activities, and I wasn't disappointed. Sorry Curtsey, maybe you're one of the "unlucky" girls who's just a one-night stand away from birthing a youma into the physical world.
Aubrey's first demon hunt could be a lot sooner than she thinks. There are admittedly a lot of little openings that this story leaves for further misadventures.
I don't know exactly how the twins are characterized in canon, but they're so fun to write like this!
An alternative first demon hunt would be one of Sunny’s dream people manifesting in the real world thanks to all the youma energy.
Also, glad to see the whole dream team has gotten to talk through their most immediate trauma. Just thought I should acknowledge that.
Appreciated! I realize that acknowledging the long-term effects of trauma isn't something that hentai usually does, since it tends to either cut off before then or just break the girl into enjoying it. But I try to throw myself into the shoes and/or thighhighs of my characters, and the emotional fallout from eldritch levels of sexual abuse just comes naturally to me as a logical part of their character development.
I like the fact that Inyouchuu actually does make some effort to acknowledge that in canon, too. Even though the mindlessly horny parts were what caught my eye in the first place years ago, I don't think I could've developed my attachment to the series if the narrative only treated the girls as eye candy without feelings.
