Haha, that's a good one. Sometimes it's fun to see new people react to stuff. I'll admit that I watched quite a few gaming channels discovering the most emotional moments of OMORI a few years back after I beat the game myself.

An beautiful indie RPG story from 2020 with a cute and playful exterior over a tale of fear, trauma, and guilt. It's on Steam and I believe PS5 as well.

One thing I will say is it is absolutely not something you want to read comments on unless you've already played it, because spoilers will ruin the emotional gut punches of it. I will simply say it's a story of a boy living most of his life in a dream as he slowly comes to terms with what led him down that path.

That pink-haired girl I posted in the Related Media thread, whose design looks like she stepped right out of an Aojiru game, comes from OMORI too. I actually wrote an OMORI x Inyouchuu fanfic a while back, but it was okay at best and I'm giving serious thought to writing a much better one now that I know so much more about this side of it.

I will keep that in mind. It does look fun. It's just my game back log is a mess.

If you're unfamiliar with Dazzler she was created to capitalize on the disco trend. She has the power to turn sound into laser beams, she fights with disco powered laser beams. This is a real thing.
