A good story and hentai needs a good evil compelling villain, and Inyouchuu has a handful of them that might be nearly as iconic as some of the lovely ladies.
Nightmare - The iconic humanoid upright horsedemon. This demon lord proudly enjoys his nudity, hah. He is a very powerful yokai that tends to refer to the girls, even Mikoto, simply as "girl" and disposable after he's done torturing them in Inyouchuu's crazy sexual ways. Capable of putting them in a Nightmare on Elm Street styled dream state as well, to which the Shin Remake kind of implies they "feel" just as they would in reality. He's a poweful and very meticulous, merciless demon, with the annoying "Imp" grunt who does a lot of his bidding.
Too powerful for the girls and Yamato to even cleanly defeat, he is ultimately sealed up in the first stories main canon ending. But is he gone for good?

SpoilerNightmare's fucked just about all of them in the long run and got even more action in the Shin remake, which was amazing. Although kind of a standard big cock(s), it's still damning and big enough that it kind of pulverizes the insides of whoever he drills while he doesn't show any remorse.
Meioki - Meioki was born a lesser pathetic weak demon, that fed on souls and dead bodies. At some point many years ago, he corrupts and takes over the body of Ouka and Kikuka's own father. Making it even more personal how attached these three characters tend to be, him cursing them with regeneration abilities, so they can be tortured again and again in the most insane ways possible. In the OVA, it it showcased that he drains spiritual energy through sexual intercourse too. Whom our lovely white mage Sui has the most potential for, might explain why he takes such a preference to her.
Meioki's perhaps most iconic feature is having one of the most vile, disturbing, massive set of two mutant demon cocks that are all pokey and uneven, surely being some of the most painful insertions in the world of hentai. This was an interesting trick in his appearance of Shoku and Hanamaru 2, his cock looks so inhuman, that they didn't censor it. But they did in one of the Goku era DLC's, yet it's that classic modern hentai joke where his cock is so big, the stomach bulge so insane, what even is the point of censoring?

I believe in one of the best and possibly canon Shoku endings, he is dealt with by Ouka whom is extremely powerful when need be, even stronger than the other girls with her summoning capabilities.

Yamato - The perv joker himself! It is a pretty cool idea that this series' main male character is a half-breed and that the third game leans into it. Based off the OVA, the idea of the girls having to willingly please and mate with him to keep his darker energies at bay, is kind of cool. But how good did the Etsu game do it? I'm not really sure how to judge yet. CG hardcore level wise, Etsu is a lot tamer than the other games and is lacking Sui, Ouka, and Kikuka... so it's a funky one. But yeah the "ideas" could be cool.

I thought for sure there was a bit about this demonic entity being very gluttonous, perverse, and sexual... but maybe I made that up. He is one I'm more infatuated with overtime. It really takes the whole bug sex idea to the next level, featuring a car/tank sized massive spiderdemon that fucks the girls personally. Only in a sparse few scenes sadly, but the Mikoto one is one of my favorites. There is a lot of potential with him and some fan ideas I think.
His cock is some giant, huge censored brown thing that almost looks like it has a tongue, eyes, or something at the tip. But I think there's also potential that Gyuki's genitalia might be a bunch of tentacles too. There is one Rinko scene with one of the nastiest and coolest looking tentacles, I'm not sure if it's part of Gyuki or not... I think there's a chance. Maybe someone can confirm or it's in English someday.
Syuki - The orange brute oni. He is brutal, hulking and size wise gives the past humanoids a run for their money, probably the bigger cock in ways. Personality wise? I'm not sure I have much to report on him right now and my friends who played Goku, I can't recall how they described him. He has a few good scenes, I love the one with Rinko, and the one with Takeru is real insane cum inflation wise.
Other Demons...
Mujyuurou... I ask, how was this guy not the main baddie of Goku? For my tastes, he's one of the best designs in the series. Just utterly disgusting in all the right ways. We don't see a cock shot but can you imagine how infested his weapons must be! I love that idea, even beyond tentacles, there are nasty demons like Mujyuurou here who ejaculate worms and bugs themselves...
These are some other interesting designs that didn't get much use either. The muscular bug faced demon is really cool as well.
Last but not least, giving the Mouryou no Nie mummy a shoutout. Don't even know his name, if he has one, but it's such a cool concept for a mummy with all bugs, centipedes, etc wrapped underneath. I'm surprised there wasn't a cameo or 2.0 version of him in Inyouchuu proper.
