RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - Ellie - 06-27-2026 Yeah, I was aware of those, so it wasn't a surprise that it happened. Fully agree it should've gotten more attention in Shin'yaku though. Still waiting with interest for that OG translation to see whether he got any extra lore there. I do think they left out a few things from the remake, not the least of which is some Nightmare backstory. Goes on for a long time without too much variation. Still a huge game of content though, but it might one of Shin's faults compared to Kyou/Goku before it. Indeed, other scenes where they talk about "demons" as their organs. Is it a language barrier detail or not? Hard to say. But I guess it isn't far fetched to believe the "new" organs placed in them or the bad endings, are sentient "living" demons themselves. I would have taken more Nightmare over Imp myself. But you'll see how impersonal Nightmare is and serious business. It kind of makes sense they'd need a lesser demon to humilate them more and such. But cool factor wise... more Nightmare would have been awesome. At least he's featured in Shin far more than the OG, scene wise. You only get him with one scene banging Mikoto in the OG. RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - Ellie - 06-27-2026 To me it seemed to directly imply that the replacement organs were entire insect-like demons on their own, maybe functioning as a collective. RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - EchelonV - 06-27-2026 Not sure why I never pondered on this. I like these ideas more than just "new non-human organs" haha. There is a sister branch, the White Cat which i think is referenced in Shin (I know Rinko is at least )
RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - lonesomebro - 06-27-2026 I have now cleared all branches of the Mikoto route Bummer that Inyouchuu demons use up their breeding slaves after maybe a year at best (Especially since the "Give Up" ending where all the girls are turned into demon breeders seems to suggest that Nightmare can just keep replacing organs) RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - NotImportant - 06-27-2026 I interpret it as the girls have used up all of their spiritual power for demon breeding. The weaker the spiritual power=a weaker demon being born, so its less about physical health. Personally, I wouldn't ever get tired of any of those girls >_< RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - EchelonV - 06-28-2026 If you mean the group ending with the three of them, oh baby... one of my all time favorite scenes to "study". I read it as both: Their spiritual energy is probably completely drained by then and permamently depleted, then although there's demon organs, maybe some forced regen against their own choice, etc, but pumping out hundreds of demon bugs probably ruins their physical health/vitality as well, they start having those weaker demon births and such. "Used up"... so Nightmare and co. seem to dispose of them in such finales. But as always, fun to use some imagination to tweak these ideas into your own. I do love the idea of really drawing it out, them completely losing their sense of time, losing count of all the births, becoming familiar with specific tentacles/demon cocks, no matter how eternal it feels the fear play is still in effect ... etc heh. The Takeru route is probably my favorite, main story wise for this one. Has some big interesting things in that carry over. Mikoto scenes: OG comparison CG's:

Can really see how far Aojiru's come with the group scene haha. RE: Inyouchuu Lore Discussion - lonesomebro - 06-28-2026 Now I've finished the Takeru routes I wish there had been a scene showing all the girls in the school being mass tentacle raped in the "Obey" ending. Ah well, that's the one that ends before revealing if Mikoto and Takeru's increasingly large birthings were too much for them, so I choose to believe they weren't and that they'll be Nightmare's wives for a very long time Also, regarding the bonus scene on the Takeru route, I'm curious how canon it's supposed to be, and wondering if it's supposed to set up an Inyouchuu Etsu-esque story for Takeru struggling with her demon side. This is the backstory to know for sure though. Takeru isn't a virgin in the sequels and has to carry on with these demons in her, fighting off the lustful urges. One of the main plot lines through most of the series with her. Love falling more into the abused/fallen heroine scenarios with her, but at the same time she must be protected at all costs now! lol. |
