“Play horror games in October” kinda fell through versus playing Omori and some RPG maker hentai games.
Holy Knight Luviria was interesting since, unlike a couple other H-games I played, the event scenes are all set along the main story path, whereas the rpg game element is more substantial than some other Rpgmaker games (which is to say, it would be called basically adequate and still mostly uses rpgmaker assets for most enemies, but there is just enough to do to improve at combat besides grinding, including some optional content, to feel like a tidy 10 hour-ish playthrough*)
*should mention I had difficulty on easy, so the game might be more tedious on the default difficulty)
It did get an ova adaptation that compressed the story of the game, although it didn’t excise any of the characters (but it did remove the backstory of one of them)
It’s basically a less dark Kuroinu, with the villain protagonist taking over another kingdom for the sake of nonstop sex with beautiful slave girls, but this is treated as a good-ish thing because the prior dark overlord just wanted to destroy the world, so having a demon king whose endgame is everybody becoming a sex addict is, relatively speaking, a lasting peaceful resolution.
